Shipping & Return Policy
- You are responsible for the shipping cost and are liable for the device until the seller receives it for a change of mind.
- For any warranty-related claim, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. You are liable and responsible for the device until. the seller receives it.
- Notwithstanding the rights afforded to you in the Australian Consumer Guarantees Act, we will provide you with a 12-month warranty on all devices sold through the marketplace.
- Any warranty claims need to be directed to our customer service department, who will talk you through the process.
- We will decline a request for a return due to a change of mind outside of the 30-day return period.
- . Any brand-new devices sold through the marketplace may include local manufacturers' warranty. In this case, any warranty claims must be handled by the manufacturer directly.
- This does not apply to any brand-new device intended for a market other than Australia, as the manufacturer warranty will not apply. These devices will be subject to the same warranty process as outlined in section 6:b in terms and conditions
