You have the right to advise us on your preferred method of resolution if you return the device to us due to a fault. Our offered methods of resolution are:

  • Refund
  • Replacement
  • In the case of a replacement, the seller will first need to receive the device back and the seller will dispatch a replacement to you within 5 business days from the receipt of device.
  • In the case of a refund, we will provide you with a refund of the full purchase price of the device onto the card or account used to make the initial purchase.
  • If no preference is stated when requesting a return, we will advise the seller to send you a replacement by default.
  • We will refund any return due to change of mind
